Travel tips
Short checklists to help your trip go smoothly. Rules change, so always confirm with your airline and the embassy of your destination.
Documents to carry
- Passport, with enough validity for your destination (many countries ask for months of validity, so check early)
- Visa or e-visa, if your destination needs one. The embassy decides, not us
- ID proof for domestic flights
- Printed or saved copies of tickets, hotel bookings and insurance
- Names exactly as they appear on your passport or ID
Baggage
- Check the cabin and check-in allowance on your quote. It differs by airline and fare
- Keep medicines, documents, chargers and valuables in your cabin bag
- Weigh your bags at home so there are no surprises at the counter
- Put your name and phone number on every bag
On the day you fly
- Airlines advise arriving well before departure, so check the time on your ticket
- Complete web check-in if your airline offers it
- Keep your passport and boarding pass easy to reach
- Save our email and WhatsApp number in your phone
Hotels and transfers
- Note the hotel's check-in and check-out times
- Share your flight number so your airport pickup can track your arrival
- Keep the hotel address saved in English and the local language
- Tell us early if you need extra beds, meals or accessible rooms
